Are hotel rooms prepaid, or will I need to provide a card?
Yes, if your company has arranged a hotel room block, rooms are typically prepaid. However, most hotels will require a personal credit card at check-in for incidentals.

Can I extend my stay?

Can I bring a guest?

I have a special accommodation or request. Where can I include this?

If your RSVP includes an Additional Requests question, you can include any preferences there.

Common Examples:
