In you're working with a BoomPop event planner for our event, you’ll get access to the Full Service Hub: a centralized workspace where your event planning team and BoomPop’s event experts collaborate to bring your offsite to life. This spreadsheet-based hub keeps every detail organized and easy to reference, serving as the single source of truth throughout the planning process.

The hub is maintained by your BoomPop event planner, who will guide you through it and update it as plans evolve. Here’s a breakdown of the main sections you’ll find:

Financials
Captures high-level budget and spend breakdowns. This typically includes hotel pricing, activities, F&B totals, and any add-ons. Track your overall event budget and category spending right within this tab.

Itinerary
Outlines the daily schedule in deeper detail than the guest-facing platform itinerary. This tab is your go-to for knowing what’s happening, when, and where as an organizer for the event.

Sessions
Tracks breakouts, presentations, or smaller sessions within the event, including timeline and locations. Helpful for internal meetings or learning tracks.

Arrivals & Departures
Lists guest travel details, including arrival and departure times. This information is especially useful for coordinating group transportation—like shared Ubers from the airport to the venue—as well as timing for check-in and meals.

Rooming List
Compiles final room assignments by night—great for confirming who is in what room each day of the trip.

Swag
Outlines the specifics of your swag order, including preferences, sizes, shipping needs, and any customization details. This helps ensure your swag is tailored, ordered, and delivered on time.

Menu Selections
Used to record and finalize meal choices, special requests, and group dining plans.
