What is the Guest Website?
Under the Guest Management tab, you can build and publish a customized website for your attendees. This is where your guests will find everything they need to know about the offsite—including where to go, what to expect, and how to RSVP.
The Guest Website helps you:
Centralize event info so guests have one clear reference point
Collect RSVPs quickly and easily
Build excitement and set the tone for the event
Getting Started
Click the Get Started button in the Guest Website section. From there, you’ll see that most of your event details are already pre-filled based on what you’ve entered in the platform.
Editing the Website
Once inside the editor, hover over any section to access editing tools:
Pencil icon – Edit the content in that section (text, images, links, etc.)
Visibility (eyeball) icon – Hide sections you don’t want to show yet; unhide anytime
Arrows – Reorder the layout by moving sections up or down
Every section is fully customizable, so you can adjust the layout and content to match your team’s needs and style.
