Event Details

  • Event Name: Pick something that reflects your purpose and tone.

  • Event Policy: View-only for Event Management Platform companies; no action if blank.

  • BoomPop Event Type: Shows your support level:

    • Platform Only – Self-service with tools

    • Full Service – Planner-led support

  • Location:

    • Primary city

    • Optional alternative for flexibility

  • Dates:

    • Date Range (multi-day)

    • Single Date (one-day event)

    • Flexible Dates (month/length only for more options)

Tip: Considering multiple cities or alternative dates can increase availability and pricing flexibility!


Budget

  • Total Budget: Helps prioritize options

  • Number of Guests: Include remote participants

  • Cost Breakdown & Per-Person Estimate: Guides spending
