Already using BoomPop but want more hands-on support? No problem. Our Full Service offering provides expert planning help for everything from sourcing and logistics to onsite coordination. Whether you’re running a multi-day retreat or a single-day offsite, our Studio team is here to make it seamless.


What’s Included in Full Service

With Full Service, you’ll be paired with a dedicated event planner from our Studio team and a Client Success Manager, who will:

  • Help you source the right venues and vendors

  • Coordinate logistics like transportation, meals, and activities

  • Manage timelines, guest lists, and onsite needs

  • Serve as your strategic partner from start to finish


Pricing

Upgrading to Full Service includes:

  • A per-person fee for multi-day events, starting at $129.

  • A flat service fee for single-day events

Your Client Success Manager (CSM) or a BoomPop sales expert can provide exact pricing based on your event type, location, and guest count.

How to Upgrade

  • Click the Upgrade Plan button on your event page

    • This notifies our team that you’re interested in Full Service support

  • View your options and get a quote

    • Our team will review your event and walk you through what Full Service would look like for your specific event

  • Get paired with your Studio planner

    • Once your upgrade is finalized, you’ll be assigned a dedicated planner, and your event will transition to Full Service support
