Once your event wraps up, we recommend sending a follow-up message to your attendees—whether it's a thank-you note, next steps, or a post-event survey. BoomPop’s built-in communication tools are presently not available once your event is over, so we recommend using your company’s internal channels like email or Slack.

We also offer a templated post-event survey to help you gather feedback. These questions cover:

  • Overall event experience and favorite moments

  • Clarity on company goals and direction

  • Connection to team and culture

  • Suggestions for improving future events

  • Interest in future event types

  • Final comments or reflections

Pro Tip: Send your follow-up within 48 hours of the event to capture fresh feedback and show guests their experience mattered. Even a short “Thanks for joining us!” note goes a long way in reinforcing the value of your offsite.
