Once your event survey responses start coming in, BoomPop makes it easy to spot trends and take action. From AI-powered summaries to individual response views, here's how to make the most of your data.
Finding Your Survey Results
While in the Guest Management tab, move over to the Surveys section.
Click into your desired survey and then toggle over to the Responses tab at the top of the page.
The AI-Generated Summary
At the very top of the results page, you'll see a high-level AI-generated summary that gives you a quick read on how your event was received. It highlights standout themes, common suggestions, and top-rated moments, useful for sharing with stakeholders or using as a pulse check.
Charts and Open-Text Responses
Below the summary, you'll find visual charts for any numeric (1–10 rating) questions, as well as scrollable sections for open-text responses.
If you'd like extra help interpreting the open-ended feedback, you can generate an AI summary of that section too, just look for the option directly above the responses.
Individual Responses
To dive deeper, switch to the Individual tab to view each attendee's full set of answers. This view is especially helpful if you want to understand responses in context or identify feedback patterns tied to specific roles, locations, or teams.
Survey data is one of the most valuable tools for improving future events. Whether you're spotting gaps, reinforcing what worked, or building a recap for leadership, these tools give you clarity at a glance, no spreadsheet required.
