After reviewing your hotel options and selecting the right fit, you’re ready to book your venue. This step confirms your selection and kicks off the contract and payment process. You’ll do it all directly in the platform—no phone calls or email threads needed.
To book a venue:
In your Requests & Bookings section, click “View” next to the hotel you want to move forward with.
Review the proposal and details (cost, dates, inclusions). When you're ready, click “Accept & Book.”
Once you accept your hotel, the status will update to Booking Pending. This means your selection is held and we're moving forward with next steps, but nothing is final just yet. You'll still have time to make changes if needed—your booking won’t be confirmed until two key steps are completed:
Sign the Statement of Work (SOW): This legally confirms your event details, including scope, budget, and responsibilities. It’s the first step in officially kicking off your event with BoomPop.
Pay the Invoice: The invoice amount will follow the terms outlined in your order form—typically 80% of the event total for Full Service customers to cover the hotel deposit and other upfront costs. For Self-Service customers, the payment schedule will follow the hotel’s required deposit plan. You’ll see a payment prompt when your invoice is ready.

Once your SOW is signed and your payment is processed, the property will move from "Pending" to officially Booked—and your event is one big step closer to reality!
