Once guests start responding to your invite, you can manage their submissions in the Guest Management section of your event. This page gives you full visibility into RSVP statuses, plus tools to filter, search, export, and edit guest details as needed.
Here's what you can do:
Get a Quick Status Snapshot
At the top of the Guest Management page, you’ll see a summary view that shows how many people are going, not going, or haven’t responded. This helps you get a pulse on attendance at a glance.
Filter, Search, and Export
Use the filters to quickly sort by RSVP status or search by guest name. Want a copy of all responses? Click the “Export” button in the top right to download a spreadsheet with all the details.
Review Individual Guest Info
Each guest entry includes:
Name, email, and phone number
RSVP status
SMS opt-in status (shown next to their phone number)
Invite Sent Date: When the invite was sent
RSVP Date: When the guest submitted or last updated their RSVP
Answers to your event's specific RSVP questions
Edit or Update Responses
Need to make a change on behalf of a guest? Click “Edit Details” from the dropdown to adjust anything from dietary notes to T-shirt size or hotel dates.
Don’t forget to hit “Save” once you’re done.
Tip: If someone accidentally RSVP’d “No” but would now like to attend, you can update their status directly from the RSVP table, as shown above. Here’s how guests can update their own RSVP details.
Remove a Guest
If someone is no longer attending or was added by mistake, you can select “Uninvite” from the same dropdown menu.
If you click “Uninvite”, you’ll see a confirmation message before removing the guest from your list. Guests are not notified when they’re uninvited, so you’ll need to communicate that separately if needed.
The Guest Management section gives you full flexibility to view, organize, and adjust RSVPs—so you're never left guessing about who’s attending or what they need.
