We’re so excited you’ll be joining a BoomPop-planned offsite! Here’s how to RSVP and get everything you need to feel prepped and ready for the event.
Open your invite
You’ll receive your invite via email or a direct link from your organizer. If you haven’t seen it yet, check your spam or junk folders. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact your event organizer—they’ll make sure it gets to you.
Visit your Guest Website
Once you open the invite by clicking RSVP here, you’ll land on your personalized Guest Website. This is your hub for all event information.
Let us know if you’re attending
Click “I’m going” or “Can’t go.” If you select “I’m going,” you’ll be guided through a short RSVP flow. Your organizer may ask for key details like travel preferences, dietary restrictions, or your shirt size. Be sure to click Submit at the end to lock in your RSVP.
If your plans or needs change, you can update your RSVP up until 40 days before the event. For last-minute changes, please contact your organizer directly.
You can revisit your Guest Website anytime to find the most up-to-date info about your event.
