We’re so excited you’ll be joining a BoomPop-planned offsite!
Here’s how to RSVP and get everything you need to feel prepped and ready for the event:
Step 1: Open your invite
You’ll receive your invite via email or a direct link from your organizer. If you haven’t seen it yet, check your spam and junk folders. If you have still not received it, contact your event organizer— they’ll make sure it gets to you.
Step 2: Visit your Guest Website
Once you open the invite by clicking RSVP here, you’ll land on your personalized Guest Website. It looks something like this:
Step 3: Let us know if you’re attending
Click “I’m going” or “Can’t go.”
If you select “I’m going,” you’ll be guided through a short RSVP flow. Your organizer may ask for a few key details—things like travel preferences, dietary restrictions, or your shirt size. Be sure to hit Submit at the end to lock in your RSVP.
Should your plans change at any time, or should your needs change, you will have up until 40 days before the event to make any change. Should something last minute come up, please contact your organizer.
