Attending a BoomPop-planned event? Here are answers to some of the most common questions we hear from guests— and guidance on where to go if you need more details.


Are hotel rooms prepaid, or will I need to provide a card?

If your company arranged a hotel room block, rooms are typically prepaid. Most hotels will still require a personal credit card at check-in for incidentals.


Can I extend my stay?

In many cases, yes. This depends on your company’s event arrangements. Check your guest website FAQ or contact your event organizer for details.


Can I bring a guest?

Guest policies vary by event and company. Review the FAQ section of your guest website or contact your event organizer directly for the most accurate information.


I have a special accommodation or request. Where can I include this?

If your RSVP includes an Additional Requests question, you can include preferences such as:

  • Room location (near elevator or ice machine for accessibility needs)

  • Severe allergies (food, environmental, etc.)

  • Accessibility or other accommodations

If this question isn’t in your RSVP, reach out directly to your event organizer.


Where can I find details for my event?

Your guest website includes helpful info like:

  • Travel arrangements

  • Event schedule

  • Venue info

  • Dress code

  • Packing suggestions
