On the BoomPop Platform: Click the Help button in the top menu bar to open our chat window.
On Parter Hub: Click the Help button in the bottom of the side menu bar.
On the Knowledge Base: Look for the purple chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Our AI assistant will help point you in the right direction, but you can always request to speak with a member of our team if you need personalized support.

Reporting an Issue
If you’ve run into a bug or something doesn’t seem right, you can use the “Report an Issue” option in the Help pop-up window to let us know.
Tip: You only need to submit one type of communication per issue—chat, email, or ticket. We’ll make sure it’s routed correctly on our end!
