Need a hand? Our Product Support team is here to help—whether you’re troubleshooting a bug, have a question about your event, or just need a nudge in the right direction. You can reach us anytime using the options below.

Chat with Us

Chat is the fastest way to get help.

You can start a chat from:

The BoomPop platform: Click the Help button in the top menu bar

Partner Hub: Click the Help button at the bottom of the side menu

Our Knowledge Base: Look for the purple chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen

Our AI assistant will help guide you to the right place, and you can always ask to connect with a member of our team if you need personalized support.

Prefer email? You can reach us anytime at [email protected]. We’ll make sure your message gets to the right person.

Live support hours

Our team is available for live chat and email support:

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM EST

If you reach out after hours, we’ll follow up the next business day.

Reporting an Issue

If something doesn’t look right or you’ve run into a bug, use the Report an Issue option in the Help pop-up to let us know. This gives our team the details we need to investigate quickly.
