Logging Into BoomPop

Step-by-step guidance for signing in

Logging in to BoomPop is simple and secure. There are three ways to access your account: via email verification code, Google Single Sign-On (SSO), or Microsoft SSO. Signing up for a new account follows the same process. Follow the steps below based on your preferred login method.

Log In Using Your Email (Magic Link)

  1. Go to the BoomPop login page.

  2. Enter your email address in the email field and hit Continue.

  3. Check your email inbox for a message from BoomPop. The subject line with be "XXXXX is your verification code".

  4. Open the email and copy the verification code into the boxes. You will then gain access to the platform!

  5. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Log In Using Google SSO

  1. On the BoomPop login page, click the Google button.

  2. Choose the Google account associated with your BoomPop access.

  3. If prompted, enter your Google password and complete any two-factor authentication steps.

  4. You will be redirected back to BoomPop and logged in automatically.

Log In Using Outlook SSO

  1. On the BoomPop login page, click the Microsoft button.

  2. Enter your Microsoft email address if prompted.

  3. Enter your password and complete any two-factor authentication steps if required.

  4. After successful authentication, you will be redirected back to BoomPop and logged in.


Common Login Issues

One of the most common reasons organizers or guests can’t access an event is being signed in with the wrong Google or Microsoft account. For example, you might be added as an organizer with your work email but are logged your browser (and therefore into BoomPop) with a personal Gmail account. Similarly, some guest websites have privacy restrictions that only allow access to those with a company email address.

If you receive any kind of error message or can’t view your event page or guest website, check which Google or Microsoft account you’re signed into and switch to the one listed on your event invite.
