Logging Into BoomPop

Step-by-step guidance for signing in

Updated over 2 months ago

Getting into BoomPop is quick and secure. You can log in using an email verification code (magic link), Google Single Sign-On (SSO), or Microsoft SSO—and creating a new account follows the same flow.

If you ever get stuck, don’t worry! Most login issues are easy to resolve, and our Support team is always here to help.

Log In using your email (Magic Link)

  1. Go to the BoomPop login page.

  2. Enter your email address and click Continue.

  3. Check your inbox for an email from BoomPop with the subject line “XXXXX is your verification code.”

  4. Copy the verification code from the email and enter it on the login screen.

Once the code is verified, you’ll be logged into the platform.

Not seeing the email? Give it a minute, then check your spam or junk folder.

Log In Using Google SSO

  1. On the BoomPop login page, click the Google button.

  2. Select the Google account associated with your BoomPop access.

  3. If prompted, enter your password and complete any two-factor authentication steps.

You’ll be redirected back to BoomPop and logged in automatically.

Log In Using Outlook SSO

  1. On the BoomPop login page, click the Microsoft button.

  2. Enter your Microsoft email address if prompted.

  3. Enter your password and complete any required two-factor authentication steps.

After successful authentication, you’ll be redirected back to BoomPop and logged in.

Common login issues (and quick fixes)

One of the most common reasons organizers or guests can’t access an event is being signed in with the wrong Google or Microsoft account.

For example:

  • You were added as an organizer using your work email, but your browser is signed into a personal Google account

  • A guest site restricts access to company email addresses only

If you see an error message or can’t view your event or guest site, double-check which Google or Microsoft account you’re currently signed into and switch to the email address listed on your event invite.
