Whether you're collecting RSVPs or sharing updates before the big day, you can easily message attendees right from the platform. Here’s how to use our tools to send emails, text messages, or RSVP reminders.
Sending Email Messages
Select Email as your communication method.
Choose who you’d like to send it to—All guests, Going, Not going, or No response yet. You can also select by email if you'd like to send a note to a sub-group of attendees.
Write your message in the editor and (optionally) add attachments like PDFs or images.
Preview your message to make sure it looks just right.
Hit Send Message when you’re ready to roll!
Sending Text (SMS) Messages
Text updates are a great way to reach guests quickly—just note that SMS messages can only go to guests who opted in during the RSVP process.

Select Text (SMS) as your communication method.
Confirm your recipient list. Only guests who opted into text messages during the RSVP process will appear here. You can send to all opted in guests or remove desired guests to target a sub-group of attendees.
Write your desired message. Note that is will be prepended with "Event Name update from Your Name".
Review your message in the preview screen. Click Send Message to deliver the text.
Sending RSVP Reminders
Need to nudge people who haven’t RSVP’d yet? Send a branded reminder with a custom note.
Select the Send Reminder option from the Guest Website & RSVPs page.
Choose which guests (with no RSVP) you’d like to send the reminder to.
Add an optional note to personalize your message.
Preview the email to see how it will appear. Click Send Reminder to send it out!
Your guests will receive a polished message straight to their inbox (or phone), no extra tools or copy-pasting required.
