The AI Text Messenger keeps your guests informed and supported from the moment they RSVP through the last day of your event. They can ask questions, get real-time updates, and access everything they need— all via text, with no app download required.
On your end, setup is automatic. The AI pulls from your event details, guest RSVP data, and the Guest Website to give guests accurate, relevant answers without you having to lift a finger.
How It Works
During RSVP, guests are prompted to opt into AI text messages for your event.
Contact information: Guests enter their phone number and preferred contact method. This question activates AI text messaging for your event.
Opt-in confirmation: Guests see a prompt asking if they'd like to receive event updates via text, with a summary of what they'll get: daily itineraries, weather updates, packing tips, and instant answers to their questions.
No action is needed on your end to enable this. It's automatically available for any guest who opts in during RSVP. To see who's opted in, check the RSVP response table in the Guest Management tab.
Common Questions Guests Ask
The AI can answer a wide range of questions. A few examples to share with your guests:
What should I pack for this trip?
What is my flight information?
What's the weather going to be like?
What is the address for the hotel? Activity? Meeting location?
What's on the agenda today?
Feel free to encourage guests to get creative! If the AI doesn't have a direct answer, it'll point them in the right direction.
Automatic Message Cadence
The AI Text Messenger also sends a few messages to opted-in guests automatically, no prompting required.
One-week reminder: A reminder message goes out seven days before your event starts.
Day-before reminder: A reminder message goes out the day before your event starts.
Daily itinerary: Each day of the event, guests receive a message with a link to the Guest Website so they can reference the day's schedule.
Flight check-in nudges: 24 hours before a guest's departure and return flights, they'll receive a prompt to check in. This only sends if flight information was collected during RSVP.
Organizer Tips
As an organizer, you have access to the AI Text Messenger too. You can send updates to all opted-in guests with a simple prompt. For example:
"Message the following to all guests: 'Due to the rain, happy hour has been moved to the Mezzanine on the 3rd floor. Stay dry!'"
You can also use it on the go to look up a specific guest's flight details or other RSVP information.
