Using the AI Text Messenger

Overview

While RSVP'ing to your event, users can opt into AI text messages for your offsite.

Once opted in, your guests will receive a text message offering to answer their questions.

Below are some common questions that our AI is asked, but feel free to tell your guests to get creative, as it can answer whatever you ask it or point you in the right direction.

Common Questions

  • What should I pack for my trip?

  • What is my flight information?

  • What is the weather going to be?

  • What is the address for my hotel? Activity? Meeting location?

  • What's on the agenda today?

  • Is (insert person) coming to the offsite?

No action is needed to enable this feature—it’s automatically available for guests who opt in during RSVP. You can see who’s opted in by checking the RSVP response table in the Guest Management tab.


​Organizer Tips

As an organizer, you can also use the AI text messenger to send text updates to your guests that have opted in to the service. Just use a simple prompt like "Message the following to all guests: (example) 'Due to the rain, our happy hour has been moved to the Mezzanine on the 3rd floor. Stay dry!'".

You can also ask about a specific guest's flight details or other RSVP information while you're on the go.

For your knowledge, the AI text messenger will automatically send a text reminder to your guests one week before the event and one day before the event. It will also send daily itineraries with the day's events. See example messages and more about the guest experience here.
