When you’re planning a Full Service event, your BoomPop planner will share a few tailored venue options with you—and our Comparison View makes it easy to evaluate them. This feature breaks down estimated costs by category and helps you present options clearly to internal stakeholders.
To take a look, head to the Requests & Bookings tab in your event workspace. Click Comparison View at the top of the page.
Explore each option to see a full cost estimate, including per-person pricing and a detailed breakdown by category (e.g., sleeping rooms, meeting space, food & beverage)
Expand a spend category to view more details of what goes into that specific budget line item.
Comparison View can be especially useful if you’re comparing venues with very different formats, pricing models, or inclusions. It’s a great way to visually show the trade-offs when you're presenting to leadership, building a business case, or simply narrowing down the best fit for your team.
Use it to weigh what matters most—cost, amenities, location, or value—and keep the planning process moving with clear, side-by-side information.
