Using the Budget Estimator

Get a quick view of what your event should cost

The Budget Estimator helps you understand the expected costs of your event based on size, style, and preferences. You can access it right from your event page.

How to Access

Go to your event page and open the Event Details section. In the first tab, called Summary, scroll down to the Budget section.

At the bottom, click Open Budget Estimator.

How It Works

Adjust the module to reflect your event needs—like number of attendees, nights, and days, as well as any extras such as meals, ground transportation, or activities.

Switch between event categories—Economy, Standard, or Premium—to see how costs vary by style.

Toggle the view to show either the total cost or a per person budget.

Using the Budget Estimator gives you a clearer picture of your event’s costs up front, helping you make decisions that fit your goals and budget.
