Partner Hub: How to Make the Most of Your Proposal

Tips and best practices for creating compelling proposals that win

Updated over 2 weeks ago

A proposal is your chance to showcase your property and make it easy for clients to understand what you offer. Partner Hub helps you organize room types, meeting spaces, food and beverage, and more—so your client sees everything they need in one place. This guide highlights key areas where adding detail can make your proposal stand out.

Include Detailed Room Information

Providing clear details about your rooms helps clients see exactly what’s available.

Room types and rate variations

Include the names, number of rooms, and nightly rates for each type relevant to the client’s needs. If rates differ by day of the week or type of room (e.g., suites vs. doubles), include that information.

Fees
Add any applicable fees, like service charges or miscellaneous costs, specifying flat amounts or percentages as needed. These are available in each section of the proposal process; we recommend being as thorough as possible here.

Tip: Commission fields in Partner Hub are visible only to BoomPop users. Update based on your brand standards, and use notes to clarify the actual commission you can commit to.

Provide Meeting Space Details

Clients often request information on multiple spaces. Include rates and descriptions for each meeting space relevant to the client’s event. Add taxes, service charges, or other fees where applicable.

Detail Food & Beverage Information

Clear food and beverage details make proposals easier to compare and evaluate. Include any different rates or packages that apply to the client’s event. Specify applicable taxes, service charges, or other costs.

Use Notes to Add Context

Every section has a Notes to Client field; use it to provide additional information that helps clients understand your offerings.

Include details that explain rates, packages, or concessions. Copy language from your usual PDF or document proposal if it helps clarify the options.

Attach Supporting Documents

Attachments give clients a clearer picture of your property and services. Include catering menus, venue maps, AB pricing, brochures, or any materials that help the client visualize the event.

Stay on Top of Client Messages

Clients may send questions or requests for clarification within Partner Hub. When this happens, notifications appear in the bell icon on the platform, and you’ll also receive email alerts.

Keeping an eye on these messages lets you quickly provide any needed details or updates, showing clients that you’re attentive and easy to work with. Including timely responses can make a real difference in how your proposal is perceived.

A compelling proposal clearly presents all relevant details so clients can make informed decisions. Key points:

  • Include room types, rates, and applicable fees.

  • Add meeting space and food & beverage information when relevant.

  • Provide context through notes and supporting attachments.

Detail and clarity make your proposal easier to review and more likely to resonate with clients!
