Your Account Settings are where you can update the basics—like your profile photo and saved RSVP details—so everything stays current and ready for future events.
Accessing your account settings
To get started:
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page (from My Events)
Select Account Settings
Updating your information
From the Account Settings page, you can:
Click your profile to update your photo
Edit other details by typing directly into the available fields
Any changes you make are saved automatically—no extra clicks needed.
Good to know: Some fields collect common RSVP information for events you attend. Once saved, these details will auto-fill the next time you RSVP, so you won’t need to re-enter them during future event setups.
Changing your email address
The email address linked to your BoomPop account can’t be changed.
If you need to use a different email address, you’ll want to create a new account using that email instead.
To keep access to your existing event pages under your new email, reach out to your Event Planner, Customer Success Manager, or our support team via chat. They can help make sure nothing gets lost in the transition.
