Accessing Your Account
To update your information, click on your profile in the top right corner under My Events then select Account Settings.
Updating Your Information
In the Account Settings section, click on your profile to update your photo. You can also edit other details by typing directly into the text fields. All changes will be automatically saved to your profile.
Please note: The other fields gather common RSVP info for BoomPop events you attend. Your answers save to your profile and will auto-fill next time. No need to fill them out when you’re first setting up your account.
Email Address Changes
The email address linked to your BoomPop account cannot be changed. If you need to use a different email, please create a new account with that address.
To keep access to your event pages under your new email, reach out to your Event Planner or Customer Success Manager for assistance.
