If you’ve received an RFP through BoomPop but haven’t logged into Partner Hub before, you’ll be guided through a short onboarding flow before responding.
This applies whether you’re part of a larger hotel brand or an independent property. The process is designed to be quick and give you full access to Partner Hub so you can respond to requests without delay!
Watch this quick walkthrough to see the onboarding process in action, then scroll down for step-by-step instructions with screenshots if you want to follow along at your own pace.
How onboarding starts
Onboarding begins when a company sends you an RFP through BoomPop.
You’ll receive an email that includes:
The event request details
The company requesting the proposal
A prompt to access Partner Hub
From there, you’ll be asked to log in or create your Partner Hub account.
Logging in and getting oriented
Enter the same email address where you received the RFP. This can be your individual email or a group alias. Using this email ensures you can access the correct proposal. You’ll then be sent a one-time login code—no password to remember!
After logging in, you’ll land on a short welcome screen confirming you’re ready to view and respond to the RFP.
This page:

Shares a brief overview of BoomPop
Highlights how to reach support if you need help
This step ensures you have the context and resources needed before moving forward.
Mapping your property
Next, you’ll map your property so requests route correctly.
You’ll indicate whether:
Your property is part of a hotel chain
Your property is independently owned
If you’re part of a chain, you’ll select the appropriate brand...
...and sub-brand if applicable.
If you’re independent—or unsure—the flow will continue as an independent property.
This step helps ensure accurate visibility and request handling moving forward!
Creating your user profile
You’ll then create your personal profile in Partner Hub.
This includes:
Uploading a profile photo
Adding your first and last name
Selecting your role (such as sales or finance)
Entering and verifying a phone number for communication
These details help clients and the BoomPop team know who they’re working with and how to reach you if questions come up.
Accessing Partner Hub
Once onboarding is complete, you’ll be taken directly into the standard Partner Hub experience.
From here, you’ll be able to:
Manage proposals and booked events
You’ll also be fully added to your property’s account and able to access everything needed to respond to requests.
TL;DR
Onboarding starts when you receive an RFP email from BoomPop
Log in, review the welcome screen, and map your property
Create your user profile with role and contact details
Once complete, you’ll have full access to Partner Hub and can respond to requests as normal
