Partner Hub: Navigation Overview

Your home base for inquiries, bookings, and property details

Partner Hub is your all-in-one workspace for managing BoomPop business across your portfolio. This article, and the video guide below, walk you through how the platform is organized so you can get oriented and get moving!

Where You'll Land

When you log into partners.boompop.com, you'll land on the Inquiries tab. This is your home base for all things RFP-related, and it works across your entire portfolio by default: i.e., If you oversee multiple hotel brands, you're seeing everything in one place from the moment you arrive.

If you want to go deeper on a specific brand or property, you can— but you don't have to start there.

Inquiries: Your RFP Home Base

The Inquiries tab surfaces everything that needs your attention, organized into two sections: Needs action and All (other) inquiries below it.

At the top of the page, four summary cards give you a fast read on where things stand:

Click any card to filter the list to just those inquiries. Click it again to clear the filter.

Each inquiry row shows you the event name, client, and event ID; the property and city; the current status; room nights; event dates; and when the inquiry was received.

If someone on your team is assigned to it, their profile photo or initials will appear in the Assignee column.

If there are unread messages on an inquiry, you'll see a number badge on the Respond button. That same inquiry will also show up when you filter by Unread messages.

Filtering and searching

Beyond the four summary cards, you can also filter the list by:

  • Status: narrow to a specific stage in the RFP process

  • Assignee: view inquiries assigned to a specific team member, or find unassigned ones

  • Property: filter by brand or sub-brand to focus on a specific part of your portfolio

You can also search by client name, event name, or event ID using the search bar.

By default, the list shows Active inquiries. Use the Active / Closed toggle to switch to closed inquiries; those are the ones that didn't move forward, either because your property passed or the client did. You can still click into any closed inquiry to review messages and details.

Click Respond on any inquiry to open the RFP detail page. From here you can review all the event details, submit a proposal, assign the RFP to a teammate, and download the RFP as a PDF.

Bookings: What's Confirmed

The Bookings tab shows all your confirmed events, split into the same Needs action and full list structure you'll recognize from Inquiries.

Items in Needs action are bookings that require something from you: an unread message, a rooming list to review, or another outstanding item. You'll see the same number badge indicator here as in Inquiries.

Use the Upcoming / Past toggle to switch between events that haven't happened yet and ones that have already wrapped.

Navigating by Brand or Property

The cross-portfolio view is the default, but you can get more granular any time. From the left sidebar, click Brands to filter down to a specific sub-brand, then click into Properties to find an individual property from there.

If you only have access to one property, you'll see just your relevant inquiries and bookings— the layout is the same.

Property Details: Your Vendor Page

To view or edit a property's listing, navigate to Brands, select your brand, go to Properties, and click the property. From there, open Property Details.

This is the page event organizers see when searching for hotels on BoomPop. If you have manager or admin access, you can edit it directly from here.

For a step-by-step walkthrough, see editing your property details.

A few other areas you'll see in the sidebar:

  • Collaboratorsadd or manage team members who have access to Partner Hub

  • Bookings works the same way: confirmed events, split into Needs action and a full upcoming/past list

  • Drill into specific brands or properties from the Brands section in the sidebar whenever you need a narrower view

  • Property Details is where you view and edit your vendor page: navigate there via Brands > Properties > Property Details
