How BoomPop manages self-planned events as agency of record

When a client is planning their own event without working directly with our Events Studio, BoomPop now acts as the Agency of Record.

This update clarifies roles and responsibilities, making it easier for everyone to know what’s happening, who’s handling each step, and how to keep everything organized in Partner Hub.


What this means for you

Contracts and invoices go directly to the customer
You’ll send the contract straight to the client, then upload a copy to Partner Hub so all information is centralized and easy to reference.

Partner Hub remains your source of truth
Your day-to-day workflow in Partner Hub stays familiar:

  • Respond to RFPs

  • Communicate with customers through the platform

  • Track all milestones and updates

When a contract is requested, Partner Hub will display the self-planner’s contact details so you can connect directly and keep things moving. Once connected, upload the contract and add a brief summary of the key details—this ensures everyone is aligned and keeps a clear record within BoomPop.

From there, you can continue communication in Partner Hub or via email, whichever works best.
