Understanding Vendor Request Statuses

Track your hotel RFP progress in real time

Once you submit a hotel request, you can monitor its status in real time under the Requests & Bookings section of your event. No follow-up emails needed—this view shows exactly where each hotel stands.


Status Definitions

  • Request Sent: Your request has been submitted; waiting for a response.

  • Available, working on Pricing: Hotel is available, pricing not finalized.

  • Available: Hotel confirmed availability and provided pricing.

  • Not Available: Hotel cannot accommodate your requested dates.

  • Booked: Hotel has been reserved for your event.

In addition to the status, each RFP card also shows important submission details to help you stay organized:

  • Vendor name and location

  • Dates requested

  • Estimated vendor price

  • Timestamp of the last update

  • Who submitted the request


Tips for Managing Requests

  • Switch between list and comparison views for easier evaluation.

  • Filter by Requests, Booked, or Archived to focus on what matters.

  • Add new vendors directly from the page without leaving your event.

With real-time updates at your fingertips, you’ll always know which venues are pending, ready to review, or already booked—keeping your team aligned and planning on track.
