Once you've completed your RSVP, you’ll see the option to Subscribe to Event Calendar. By subscribing, you’ll automatically receive Google Calendar invites for each itinerary item if your organizer decides to publish the schedule in this format.
It’s a simple way to stay in the loop and have your event agenda right where you need it.
How to Subscribe
Click Subscribe to Event Calendar on your RSVP confirmation screen.
Then, confirm your subscription to the event calendar.
Authorize Your Google Account
You’ll be prompted to log in and connect your Google Calendar. Once authorized, your status will change to Subscribed. No further action is needed.
Note: Calendar syncing is currently available for Google Calendar users only.
What to expect
You’ll receive calendar invites for all published itinerary items.
Updates to the itinerary (like time or location changes) will sync automatically.
If you don’t see any calendar invites or aren’t sure whether your event includes a published itinerary, it may be because the itinerary hasn’t been published yet or the organizer is not using the calendar feature for this event.
In this case, please reach out directly to your event organizer, who can confirm how your event information will be shared.
