Partner Hub: Responding to an RFP

Submit a complete proposal— or decline with context— fast

Updated over a week ago

Use Partner Hub to review the request, build your quote, and send it to the customer in one place!

Navigate to the needed sub-brand and select the property you’ll propose from.

Open the Inquiries tab to see the request summary and due date, then select View to open the full inquiry.

You will be prompted to either Respond or Decline the inquiry based on your availability.

If you’re unable to host the group, choose Decline inquiry and select the reason so the customer can adjust quickly.

If you can host, select Respond to start your proposal. From there, you will be brought into a step by step flow to walk you through each part of the proposal and pricing process.

If there are multiple dates shared, you will be able to customize your responses based on the dates requested.

Regardless of the number of dates requested, you'll need to confirm your availbility to move forward.

After you confirm, enter your full quote details, including comprehensive pricing, concessions, a quote expiration date, and a clear summary note.

Attach any supporting documents—floor plans, photos, menus, or other helpful files in the Attachment section.

Once all your details have been added, hit Submit to send your proposal to the customer.

You will be prompted to confirm your submission, as no changes can be made to your proposal once it has been submitted.

Track progress in the Proposal Submitted view within Inquiries to see status updates and next steps.
