An RFP (Request for Proposal) is how BoomPop connects you with hotels to gather pricing, availability, and other key details for your event. Each RFP helps you compare options and choose the best fit for your team’s offsite or gathering.
Your RFP Allowance
All BoomPop users— whether planning through our software or working with our Studio— have a maximum of 15 total RFPs per account. This keeps sourcing efficient and ensures timely responses from hotel partners.
Checking Remaining RFPs
To see how many RFPs you have left, look at the bottom of the RFP pop-out drawer during submission.
If you hit your limit, don’t worry! Our Product Support team can help. Reach out via chat, and we’ll guide you through purchasing additional RFPs.
