What is the Shortlist?
The Shortlist is your dedicated space to save and organize your favorite vendors. Whether you're looking at hotels, restaurants, activities, or services— this is where your top choices live.
To access the page, head to the Explore tab, then click the Shortlist button in the top menu bar.
From there, you can take a look at all of your saved vendors in one place, plus request availability and collaborate with other stakeholders via comments.
How to Add Vendors
You can add a vendor to your Shortlist by clicking the heart icon. You’ll find it in the top-right corner while browsing listings...
...in the bottom bar when viewing a listing in split view...
...or on the right-hand side of the Vendor Detail Page.
The Shortlist helps you narrow your options and keep planning momentum without losing track of your favorites. As you explore and compare vendors, use it as your go-to workspace for revisiting details, refining your list, and deciding who’s the best fit for your event.
