Once you’ve reviewed your hotel options and picked the best fit, it’s time to book your venue. Everything happens directly in the platform—no emails or phone calls needed.
How to Book a Venue
In your Requests & Bookings section, click “View” next to the hotel you want to move forward with.
Review the proposal and details (cost, dates, inclusions). When you're ready, click “Accept & Book.”
Your status will update to Booking Pending. This holds your selection while giving you time to make any adjustments.
Next Steps to Confirm Your Booking
Sign the Statement of Work (SOW): Legally confirms event details, including scope, budget, and responsibilities.
Pay the Invoice: Covers hotel deposit and upfront costs. Full Service customers typically pay 80% upfront; Self-Service follows the hotel’s deposit plan. A prompt will appear when your invoice is ready.

Once your SOW is signed and your payment is processed, the property will move from "Pending" to officially Booked—and your event is one big step closer to reality!
