You no longer need to chase down templates or wait for planners to send back rooming list details. With Partner Hub, all RSVP information flows straight to you in real time, so you can keep everything organized without the back-and-forth.
Set Up
To access, head to the Bookings tab and select the booking you’d like to manage.
Click anywhere in the booking details for the selected event.
Within the booking details, you’ll see the option to start the rooming list.
From there, you can set a due date for when the guest list needs to be finalized.
That date will display at the top of the page for both you and the event organizer, so everyone stays aligned. If you need to edit it at any time, just click on the date to adjust.
As guests RSVP, their information is automatically pulled into your list. Any edits or additions along the way will also update in real time, keeping you current without any extra effort.
Post Due Date
After the due date, you will be prompted to upload your rooming list document to share with the client and audit against the platform data.
Just click Upload file and then select or drag in your document.
Should there be any inconsistencies between the platform data and your document, an error message will appear alerting you to the errors.
Click through to view the list of the specific issues so you can update your document accordingly.
Changes Post Due Date
Once the due date has passed and you've matched your rooming list document to the platform data, all updates flow into the Updates & Changes section. The notification count keeps you on top of what’s waiting for approval, so no details slip through.
Within this section, you can review requests from the organizer or individual guests and deny or approve as necessary. You can also approve all requests if desired.
Move over the the Change Log tab so you can track exactly what’s been adjusted over time.
Throughout any point in the process, you can download the rooming list data in CSV or Excel format.
Messaging functionality is on the horizon, which will make it even easier to ask clarifying questions or confirm details with the organizer.
