After the contract has been signed off-platform (see the article if you need a refresher), it’s time to upload the executed copy to BoomPop.
This ensures both you and the client have the final agreement on hand and keeps BoomPop in the loop for accurate tracking.
How to Upload the Executed Contract
Click the Upload Executed Contract button in the platform, then attach the fully executed document.
If you run into any issues while uploading the contract, email [email protected]— they’re ready to help.
Next, you’ll need to agree that any changes to the contract will also be shared with BoomPop to maintain alignment.
Then, add the person or email alias responsible for managing the rooming list, and select a due date for submission.
Don’t worry—these details can be updated at any time, so there’s no pressure if plans shift.
Finally, confirm the contract’s final details: event dates and the estimated total contract value. This information is shared directly with the client, so accuracy is key.
Once all of these steps are complete and you click , the event status will automatically move to Booked.
From there, you can send the invoice directly to the client and continue chatting through the platform—or off-platform if preferred.
The only outstanding item is the rooming list, which will be submitted closer to the event dates.
