A proposal request (sometimes called an RFP, or Request for Proposal) is how BoomPop connects you with hotels, restaurants, and activity vendors to gather pricing, availability, and other key details for your event.
This article also explains how many proposal requests you can submit and how to manage your allowance.
Your Request for Proposal Limit
All BoomPop users— whether planning through our software or working with our Studio— have the following proposal request limits per account:
15 Hotel proposal requests
15 Restaurant & Activity proposal requests
These allowances are tracked separately, giving you flexibility to source both lodging and experiences without one impacting the other.
This structure keeps sourcing efficient and ensures timely, high-quality responses from vendor partners.
Checking Remaining Proposal Requests
To see how many proposal requests you have left:
Open the proposal request submission pop-out drawer.
Scroll to the bottom to view your remaining count for that category (Hotel or Restaurant & Activity).
For non-hotel vendors (restaurants and activities), our Concierge team will also reach out when you hit your limit to let you know and prompt you to purchase additional requests if desired.
Additionally, if you've reached your hotel limit and attempt to request more proposals without an additional purchase, you will be reminded to increase your request limit.
Need More Requests?
If you reach your limit, don’t worry— you can add more proposal requests to your account. Learn how here.
TL;DR
