BoomPop Concierge: Supported Booking for Restaurants & Activities

Get help booking non-hotel vendors— all in one place

Planning group dinners, team activities, or offsite experiences doesn’t have to mean chasing down vendors on your own.

With BoomPop Concierge, Essentials, Pro, and Enterprise customers can request availability, pricing, and details for restaurants and activities directly from your event workspace. If you’re on the free Starter plan, you’ll need to upgrade your plan to access Concierge.


Our team handles the outreach and keeps everything organized for you—so you can focus on planning a great event.

FYI: BoomPop Concierge is available from 8AM-5:30PM EST, Monday through Friday. You are welcome to send requests or message at any time and we'll get back to you during business hours.


Build Your Restaurant and Activity Shortlist

BoomPop Concierge is designed to support restaurant and activity bookings. (Hotel availability follows a slightly different process.) Once you’ve explored vendor options, you can submit a request in just a few clicks!

Start by browsing the vendor database for restaurants or activities that fit your event.

Save any vendors you’re interested in by clicking the plus icon. This creates a shortlist and makes it easy to move forward when you’re ready to request availability.


Submit a Concierge Request

When you're ready, navigate to your shortlist and click "Get availability" next to the vendor you'd like to reach out to.

This opens a form where you'll share the details the BoomPop Concierge team needs to reach out on your behalf.

Fill in the following:

  • Date and time: Your preferred event date and start time. If you'd like to check more than one date, click "+ Add alternate date" to include a second option.

  • Estimated guest count: The number of attendees expected at this restaurant or activity.

  • Budget range (per person): Select the range that best fits your budget, from less than $40 to more than $100 per person.

  • Dining type (restaurants only): Select whether you're looking for a fully private space or are open to semi-private seating.

  • Special requests / additional details: Dietary restrictions, specific questions for the vendor, AV needs, accessibility requirements, or anything else the Concierge team should know.


Request limits

Essentials, Pro, and Enterprise customers have 15 non-hotel RFPs included per event. Learn how to purchase additional RFPs here.

On your 16th request, you’ll receive an alert notifying you that you’ve reached your RFP allowance.

At this time, bulk requests are not supported. Each request should be submitted individually to ensure the Concierge team has the correct details for each restaurant or activity.


Track Messages and Updates

After you submit your request, it’s saved directly to your event.

You’ll be able to see:

  • Your original request details

  • Ongoing messages with the BoomPop Concierge

  • Pricing, availability, and notes shared by vendors

You’ll also receive email notifications when new messages come in, so you don’t have to keep checking back.

There’s also a notes section visible to you and your teammates, great for summarizing decisions or jotting down follow-up questions.


Move Forward with Booking

If you decide to move ahead with a restaurant or activity, the BoomPop Concierge will:

  • Kick off the booking process on your behalf

  • Connect you directly with the vendor

  • Guide you through signing any required contracts

  • Ensure payments happen off the BoomPop platform, directly with the vendor

You can always check the status of your request and click in to review full details at any time!
