Exploring Vendors

The Explore section is your starting point for finding the perfect venues and vendors for your event. From hotels and restaurants to activities and services, you can browse, search, and save favorites — all tailored to your event details.

From your event dashboard, go to the Explore section.

The city, event dates, and group size will be automatically filled in based on your event details. If your event plans change or you have a specific venue in mind, you can use the search bar to filter by location or search by name.

Scroll through hundreds of vendor listings, primarily hotels, but also activities, restaurants, services, and more.

Click through any listing to get the full vendor details, including property and room photos, full list of amenities, nearby dining and activities, and more.

Overwhelmed by options or only want to see what will suit your event's needs? Click the filer button in the menu bar at the top of the Explore page to get started.

Pricing can be adjusted to show either the total room cost across all event days or the price per night. Results can also be sorted by relevance, rating, or distance.

From there, you can narrow down options to sort by vibes, price, amenities, and more.

When you find a vendor you like, click the heart button to add it to your Shortlist for easy access later.

You can switch from list view to map view to get a visual layout of your vendor options. Click the arrow button in the top right corner of the search page to access.

From there, you’ll see vendor locations relative to one another and key spots like airports or your office.

Use the +/- buttons to zoom in or out on the map. The heart button allows you to show your shortlist on the map with heart icons on the venues you've already added to your shortlist.
