The Explore section is your starting point for finding the perfect vendors for your event— from hotels and restaurants to activities, meeting spaces, and professional services. You can browse, search, filter, and save favorites from BoomPop’s database of 100,000+ trusted partners, all tailored to your event details.
If you’re not sure where to start, you can also use AI Search, powered by BoomPop’s AI Event Assistant. Based on your guest count, dates, and goals, it can suggest cities, hotels, activities, and even sample itineraries to help you narrow down options faster.

Start Exploring
From your event dashboard, go to the Explore Vendors tab.
The city, event dates, and group size will be automatically filled in based on your event details. If your event plans change or you have a specific venue in mind, you can use the search bar to filter by a new location, dates, or for a vendor by name.
Browse Listings
From there, you can scroll through vendor options across multiple categories, including hotels and event venues (our largest selection), meeting spaces, restaurants, activities, and services such as moderators, trainers, speakers, and more.
Tip: Vendors with a purple checkmark are our Pro Vendors— trusted, vetted partners with exclusive discounts and incentives.
Click on any listing to get the full vendor details, including property and room photos, full list of amenities, nearby dining and activities, and more.
Clicking a venue’s name opens its full Vendor Detail Page (VDP), where you can review key details and easily refer back as you plan. If you shortlist five or more venues, we’ll prompt you right on that page to send out your requests for proposals, so you don’t miss the next step.
Use Filters and Search
Looking for something specific? Use the filter button at the top of the Explore page to refine results.
Depending on vendor type, you can filter by:
Hotel class or price tier
Amenities or offerings
Vendor type (hotel, activity, restaurant, etc.)
Vibe or setting
Ratings and relevance
Filtering helps narrow down options so you can focus on vendors that best match your event goals.
Save Favorites to Shortlist
When you find a vendor you like, click the plus icon to save it to your Shortlist for easy access later.
You can revisit your shortlist anytime to compare options or move forward with next steps. Learn more about shortlisting here.
If you shortlist multiple hotel venues, you may be prompted to request availability directly from that page so you don’t miss the next step.
View Vendors on the Map
Prefer a visual or location-based layout? Switch to map view using the arrow button in the top right corner of the Explore page.
From there, you’ll see vendor locations relative to one another and key spots like airports or your office.
Use the +/- buttons to zoom in or out on the map. The heart button allows you to show your shortlist on the map with heart icons on the venues you've already added to your shortlist.
Non-Hotel Vendors
Beyond hotels, BoomPop’s database includes a growing selection of trusted non-hotel vendors across popular destinations.
This includes dedicated meeting spaces (both standalone venues and spaces within hotels), restaurants for team dinners and private events, curated activities ranging from fun local experiences to structured team-building, and essential services like transportation, photo and video, AV, speakers, and more.
While this database is smaller than our hotel inventory, it features frequently booked partners and event planner favorites to help you get inspired and narrow down options quickly.
You can browse and save non-hotel vendors just like hotels by:
Using filters tailored to each vendor type
Clicking into listings for full details
Saving favorites to your Shortlist with the plus icon

Browsing Services
The Services section gives you access to a wide range of professional event vendors across categories like food and beverage, gifting and swag, ground transportation, event rentals, decor, photography and videography, entertainment, flights, facilitators and speakers, graphics and printing, signage, facility services, lighting and AV, and insurance.
At the top of the Services page, a scrollable category menu lets you jump directly to a specific type of vendor. Click any category card to filter the listings below, or navigate back to All Services to browse everything at once.
Each category shows you the first few listings by default. Click See All on the right side of a section to view the full list of vendors in that category.
Within the listings, you'll see Google star ratings, maximum guest capacity, and starting price where available. If pricing isn't listed, it will show as available upon request. To learn more about a vendor, click into their listing to read the overview. When you're ready to save one, hit the plus icon to add them to your Shortlist.
Exploring vendors is often the first step toward building your event. Take time to browse, save favorites, and compare options— once you’ve narrowed things down, you’ll be ready to move into outreach and booking.
