What’s New for Partner Hub: December 2025

Updated workflows, clearer communication, smoother contract handling

Updated today

We’ve rolled out a few important updates to how hotel partners work with BoomPop—especially when supporting clients who are planning their own events. The goal is simple: clearer workflows, more direct communication, and a Partner Hub that remains your reliable source of truth.

BoomPop as Agent of Record (AOR)

For self-planned events where the client isn’t working with our Events Studio, BoomPop now acts as the Agent of Record (AOR) rather than the Merchant of Record.

This update helps reduce confusion around roles, responsibilities, and next steps—so everyone knows who’s doing what, and when.

What this means for you:

  • You’ll send contracts and invoices directly to the customer

  • After sending, you’ll upload those documents to Partner Hub so everything stays centralized and easy to reference

Partner Hub: Still Your Source of Truth

Your day-to-day workflow in Partner Hub should feel familiar. You can continue to:

  • Send robust RFPs

  • Communicate through the platform

  • Use the same tools you already know

When a contract is requested, Partner Hub will prompt you and share the self-planner’s contact details so you can reach out directly and keep things moving.

Once you’ve connected with the organizer, upload a copy of the contract and add a brief summary of the key details. This keeps everyone aligned and ensures there’s a clear record in BoomPop. From there, you’re welcome to continue the conversation in Partner Hub or over email—whichever works best.

For self-planned events, the organizer is your primary point of contact.

Self-Onboard New Venues

You can now self-onboard additional venues directly in Partner Hub. It’s a faster, more flexible way to expand your presence on BoomPop.

You’ll find step-by-step guidance in the linked onboarding article.

TL;DR

  • BoomPop is now the Agent of Record for self-planned events

  • Contracts and invoices are sent directly to the customer, then uploaded to Partner Hub

  • Partner Hub remains your go-to source for RFPs, contracts, and communication

  • You can now self-onboard new venues
