Our AI negotiation tool helps you craft messages to hotels based on your proposal and the guidance of our Events Studio team. It’s designed to save you time, surface smart suggestions, and give you confidence when negotiating key details.
View the video tutorial below to see how it works, or continue reading for the step-by-steps instructions on how to get started.
Getting Started
At the bottom of the messaging text box, you’ll see a button labeled Help me negotiate. Click it to begin.
The AI will scan your proposal and generate tailored tips for your specific event. This may take a minute or two as the tool analyzes your details.
Selecting Negotiation Items
Once the AI finishes scanning, you’ll see a list of potential negotiation items. You can:
Click specific items to negotiate individually
Choose Negotiate all to address everything at once
Hovering over each option shows two helpful ratings:
Importance – How impactful the item is for your event
Expected pushback – How flexible the hotel is likely to be
Some items may be low importance with low pushback, like rate extensions (so team members can get the same group rate if extending their stay). Others, like room rates, are very important but may face more pushback.
We recommend reviewing the AI-generated messaging before sending. Add any additional context or questions to ensure your needs are clearly communicated. And a friendly tone always helps!
Continuing the Negotiation
The hotel will respond to your message, and you can continue negotiating as needed.
If you want fresh suggestions, simply refresh the page and click Help me negotiate again—new options will appear.

TL;DR
Click Help me negotiate at the bottom of the messaging box. The AI will review your proposal and generate negotiation suggestions with importance and expected pushback ratings. Choose items to negotiate, review the message, add context, and send. You can refresh for new options and continue the conversation with the hotel as needed.
