Plans change— and your RSVP details can change with them.
If you’ve already RSVPed Yes to an event in BoomPop but need to update something (like flight details, arrival times, or dietary restrictions), you can easily edit your responses directly from the Guest Website.
This ensures the organizer of the event you are attending always has the most accurate information for planning travel, meals, and accommodations.
Making your edits
Once you’ve RSVPed Yes, your response can be updated anytime from the event’s Guest Website.
First, return to the event’s Guest Website using the same link you used to RSVP.
At the top of the page, you’ll see a button labeled Edit Your Details below the RSVP Yes/No buttons.
Click Edit Your Details to reopen your RSVP form.
From there, you can update any information associated with your RSVP, such as:
Flight details or travel information
Arrival or departure timing
Dietary restrictions
Shirt sizes or other event-specific questions
Any other responses included in the RSVP form
After making your updates, save your responses so the event organizer receives the latest information.
When you might need to edit your RSVP
You may want to update your RSVP details if:
Your flight information changes or you’re adding it for the first time
Your arrival or departure times shift
You need to update dietary restrictions or preferences
The organizer asked guests to provide additional information after RSVPing
Keeping this information current helps organizers coordinate travel, hotel check-ins, meals, and other event logistics.
If you don’t see “Edit Your Details”
If the Edit Your Details button is not visible at the top of the Guest Website, try logging into BoomPop first.
Logging in helps the platform recognize your previous RSVP and load your saved responses.
Once logged in, return to the Guest Website and look again for Edit Your Details.
If you're still unable to update your RSVP, the event organizer may have closed RSVP updates.
