Once pricing is back from your hotels, BoomPop makes it easy to pull everything into one view so you can compare rates, discounts, and concessions without toggling between proposals.

Head to your event in BoomPop and open the Requests & Bookings tab. From there, navigate to the Compare tab.

You'll see cards for each hotel that is marked as available and has pricing submitted. Hotels that are unavailable won't appear here.

Choose the hotels you want to compare based on your event's needs. You can select as many as you'd like.

Once you've made your selections, hit Compare.

BoomPop will automatically pull in information from each proposal and display it side by side. Here's what you'll see:

If a hotel has submitted pricing in a local currency, that will be reflected in the comparison. Keep exchange rates in mind when evaluating costs across properties.

You can collapse and expand sections to focus on what matters most. If you just want to compare room rates across all options, collapse everything else.

To move between hotels, scroll horizontally with your trackpad or use the navigation arrows. You can also remove a hotel from the view or edit your selection at any time.

When you're ready to dig deeper, select View full proposal to see the complete details for any hotel.

Need a stakeholder outside of BoomPop to weigh in, like finance or leadership? You can share your comparison with a simple link. The person on the receiving end doesn't need an organizer role or even a BoomPop account to view it.

From the Compare view, select Share above your comparison table, then copy the link to send to whoever needs it.

Anyone with the link will see a read-only version of your comparison, no sign-in required.
