Once pricing is back from your hotels, BoomPop makes it easy to pull everything into one view so you can compare rates, discounts, and concessions without toggling between proposals.
Getting started
Head to your event in BoomPop and open the Requests & Bookings tab. From there, navigate to the Compare tab.
You'll see cards for each hotel that is marked as available and has pricing submitted. Hotels that are unavailable won't appear here.
Selecting your hotels
Choose the hotels you want to compare based on your event's needs. You can select as many as you'd like.
Once you've made your selections, hit Compare.
Reviewing the comparison
BoomPop will automatically pull in information from each proposal and display it side by side. Here's what you'll see:
Requested and available dates: Confirmed at a glance for each property
Proposal expiration dates: So you know how long each offer is valid
Pricing breakdown: Room rates, food and beverage, and other line items pulled directly from each proposal
Discounts: Any discounts are surfaced at the top of the comparison
Concessions: Included concessions and their estimated value
Navigating the comparison
You can collapse and expand sections to focus on what matters most. If you just want to compare room rates across all options, collapse everything else.
To move between hotels, scroll horizontally with your trackpad or use the navigation arrows. You can also remove a hotel from the view or edit your selection at any time.
When you're ready to dig deeper, select View full proposal to see the complete details for any hotel.
TL;DR:
Once pricing is back, go to the Compare tab in Requests & Bookings
Select the hotels you want to include and hit Compare
Review pricing, discounts, concessions, and proposal details side by side
