Signing a Hotel Contract

Review and sign your hotel contract in just a few minutes.

When a contract is ready for your signature, you'll get an email letting you know. You can also access it directly from the Payments & Contracts tab on your event page if you're the event organizer.


Open the contract

Click the link in your email to open the contract. This should bring you directly to the contract view. You can also access the contract from the Payments & Contracts tab on the event page.

On the signing screen, click Start signing to launch the signing tool.

Once inside, click Get started to begin.

If you're not the right person to sign, select Assign to someone else to reassign the contract.


Review and sign

The contract will open for you to read through. Any required items will be marked with a red asterisk for your review or completion.

You can use the Next button in the top right to move to the next item should they not all be on the same page. When you reach a signature field, click Click to sign.

A window will appear where you can add your signature by drawing or typing it. Select your preferred font if typing, then click Insert.

Once all fields are complete, you'll see a confirmation message. Click Continue.

On the final screen, review the agreement statement and click I agree to complete your signature.

Once signed, you'll see a confirmation that your contract is complete. The hotel will countersign to finalize the booking, and both parties will receive a fully executed copy automatically.
