Partner Hub: Updating Property Details

Keeping your vendor profile accurate

Your Property Details page in Partner Hub is where your full vendor profile lives in our database. This is the information clients see when deciding whether your hotel is a good fit for their event.


Editing property details (for now)

Direct editing isn’t available in Partner Hub just yet—but it’s coming soon.

In the meantime, we’ve made it easy to keep your information accurate and up to date.


How to update your Property Details

  1. Fill out the Property Details Update Form with the changes you’d like to make.

  2. Our team will review your request and update your property page for you.

  3. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your updates are complete.

That’s it. No duplicate work and no guessing where things stand—you submit, we update, and we’ll let you know when it’s done.
