A proposal request (sometimes called an RFP, or Request for Proposal) is how BoomPop connects you with hotels, restaurants, and activity vendors to gather pricing, availability, and other key details for your event.
This article also explains how many proposal requests you can submit and how to manage your allowance.
Your Request for Proposal Limit
Hotel proposal requests
Your hotel RFP limit is determined by your plan. Here's what's included at each tier:
Plan | Limit |
Starter | 10 |
Pro | 50 |
Full Service | Unlimited |
Restaurant & Activity proposal requests
Restaurant and activity RFPs are available on Pro plans only, via BoomPop's Concierge team. Pro accounts include 15 Restaurant & Activity proposal requests.
Starter accounts cannot send restaurant or activity RFPs. Full Service clients have sourcing handled directly by their BoomPop team.
Checking Remaining Proposal Requests
To see how many proposal requests you have left:
Open the proposal request submission pop-out drawer.
Scroll to the bottom to view your remaining count for that category (Hotel or Restaurant & Activity).
If you've reached your hotel limit and attempt to request more proposals, you'll be reminded to increase your request limit.
Need More Requests?
If you need more requests, contact your sales rep or customer success manager for next steps.
