An RFP (Request for Proposal) is how BoomPop connects you with hotels to gather pricing, availability, and other key details for your event. Each RFP you send helps you compare options and make the best choice for your team’s offsite or gathering.
All BoomPop users— whether you’re planning through Self Service or Full Service— have a maximum of 15 total RFPs per account. This limit helps ensure efficient sourcing and timely responses from our hotel partners.
Checking Your Remaining RFPs
You can see how many RFPs you have left at any time. When going through the submission flow, look at the bottom of the RFP pop-out drawer—your remaining count will be displayed there.
