Partner Hub: How do I edit my proposal?

Updated today

Short answer: RFPs and proposals can’t be edited once they’ve been submitted—but we’ve got you covered if something needs to change.

Why editing isn’t available

Once an RFP or proposal is submitted, it’s sent directly to the hotel for review and pricing. To avoid confusion or misaligned details, edits aren’t possible on your end after submission.

That said, we know changes happen all the time, and our team is here to help make sure updates are handled accurately and smoothly!

What to do if you need to make a change

If you need to update anything after submission— whether it’s due to internal needs or feedback from the hotel— the best next step is to chat with our Product Support team.

Examples of common change requests include:

  • Room rates or availability

  • Food & beverage minimums or menu adjustments

  • Meeting space updates or layout changes

  • Dates, timing, or room block details

Once you reach out via chat (use the Help button in top menu), Product Support will coordinate the next steps for you.

What happens behind the scenes

In addition to your outreach, we also proactively handle change requests to keep things moving:

  • Our Sourcing Operations Team (SOT) monitors hotel messages in the BoomPop platform.

  • If a hotel confirms changes or responds with updated details, SOT may follow up directly with the hotel to confirm pricing and availability.

  • Once the hotel approves the changes, SOT updates the proposal on your behalf and confirms everything with both the hotel and you.

If a hotel contacts Product Support directly to request an edit, we’ll loop in the assigned SOT member and manage the process end to end.

TL;DR

  • RFPs and proposals can’t be edited after submission

  • If you need a change, chat with Product Support

  • Our teams also work directly with hotels to confirm, update, and communicate approved changes

You’re never on your own; we’ll make sure updates are handled correctly and transparently.
