Partner Hub: Reassigning an Inquiry

Assigning the right teammate to the right opportunity

Keeping inquiries and proposal requests routed to the right person ensures faster responses, clearer ownership, and a better client experience. In Partner Hub, you can assign, reassign, or remove an assignee on any incoming lead at any time— including inviting someone new to the platform if needed.


Assigning an Inquiry or Proposal Request

When viewing an inquiry in Partner Hub, you can assign it directly to someone on your team. First, open the inquiry or proposal request.

Then, select "Assign RFP" to assign it to a team member.

Select an existing team member from your list, or add someone new by entering their email address.

If you add a new user, they’ll receive an email invitation to join your Partner Hub account. Once they accept the invite and complete onboarding, they’ll have access to the platform and can begin responding to the inquiry.

Once assigned, you’ll see:

  • The assigned user’s name (or email if they haven’t completed onboarding yet).

  • Who assigned the opportunity.

  • When it was assigned.


Reassigning or Removing an Assignee

You can update ownership at any time. Click the three dots next to the assigned team member to view your options.

From there, you can remove the assignee (which returns the inquiry to you), reassign it to someone else on your team, or add a new person if needed.

This is especially helpful if:

  • The wrong email was entered.

  • Team responsibilities shift.

  • Coverage needs to change due to workload or time off.

All assignment activity remains visible, so your team can always see who made updates and when.


Track Team Assignments

You can also see who is assigned to a specific inquiry in the Inquiries Overview table. When you open the table, it’s easy to spot the RFPs you’re assigned to and see which team members are assigned to each inquiry.

This way, you can quickly track responsibilities across your team.
