Partner Hub: Editing Your Property Details

Your hotel listing, updated on your terms— directly in Partner Hub

Updated today

Your property details are the first thing event planners see when sourcing hotels on BoomPop. Keeping them accurate and complete helps your property stand out and gives planners the information they need to move forward with confidence.

You can manage all of it directly in Partner Hub—here's how.

Who can edit property details

Only two role types can edit a property listing:

  • Admins have access to all properties on the account and can edit any listing. Admins can assign any role to any user on any property.

  • Managers are assigned at the property level and can edit the specific listing they manage. Managers can add new members or other managers to properties they have access to.

Members cannot edit listings by default. If you're a member who needs editing access, you'll need to request it from an admin or manager.

How to access Property Details

First, click into an individual property from your Partner Hub dashboard. Next, select Property Details in the left sidebar.

You're now on the property's detail page, which is also referred to internally as the Vendor Detail page (VDP)— the listing that BoomPop customers see when sourcing hotels.

Requesting edit access (members)

If you're a member, you'll see a Request Edit Access button on the property page instead of an edit option.

First, click Request Edit Access. Next, review the confirmation prompt— it will note that only admins or managers can edit this listing. Then click Send Request.

The property's admin will receive an email notification with a link to the Collaborators tab.

From there, they can review who requested access and to which property, then choose to approve or deny.

  • If approved, your role on that property is updated to Manager, and you'll have full editing access.

  • If denied, no access is granted and no further action is required.

Editing your listing

Once you have the appropriate access, click Edit Page in the upper right corner of the property detail page to enter edit mode.

Your listing is organized into five sections: Overview, Key Notes, Property Details, Meeting Spaces, and Amenities & Location. All sections are editable.

Overview and property details

Here you can update the property name, location (selected via Google), an overview description, total guest room count, and the full list of amenities available at the property.

Media

Media is managed in a separate tab. You can upload photos and reorder them, add a video link, or include a 3D tour link.

Sleeping rooms

You can add specific room types— whatever they might be for your location— and for each, include photos, a description, bed type and count, square footage, max capacity, and in-room amenities. If you prefer to use default room categories (Single, Double, Suite), that option is available as well, with the ability to add general photos for each.

Specific room types are preferred where possible, as they give planners a more complete picture of your property.

Meeting and event spaces

Each meeting space can be added individually with its own name, description, photos, max capacity, room dimensions, ceiling height, and amenities. You can also add layout configurations, including photos and videos for each layout so planners can visualize the space. Capacity charts can be attached as a file or linked externally.

If a space is no longer available at your property, you can delete it from this section by clicking the trash icon in the upper right hand corner of a space.

Meeting room policies that apply across all spaces can also be noted here.

Resources and documents

You can upload supplementary materials here— such as menus, spa details, or on-site activity information.

These documents are visible to the BoomPop internal team only and are not shown to customers. They're used by our event planners to get a deeper understanding of your property when sourcing or planning events.

Managing property settings

Admins with access to multiple hotel brands can reassign a property to a different brand or create a new brand from within the Manage Property section. Properties can also be removed here— note that removal is permanent and cannot be undone.

Previewing and publishing

Before saving, you can preview your changes by selecting the preview option, which opens a view of your listing as it will appear to customers.

When you're ready to publish, hit Save within any individual section to push your updates live.

TL;DR:

  • Admins and managers can edit property listings directly in Partner Hub via the Property Details page.

  • Members must request edit access, which only admins can approve or deny from the Collaborators tab. Once approved, the member's role updates to Manager.

  • In edit mode, you can update room types, meeting spaces, photos, amenities, and supplementary documents.

  • Hit Save within any individual section to publish your changes. Use the preview option to see how your listing appears to customers before saving.
