Once your itinerary is complete, you can publish it directly to your guests’ Google or Outlook calendars. This makes it easy for attendees to stay on track, while giving you the confidence that everyone has the most up-to-date event details.
How to Publish Your Itinerary
Before publishing, make sure all sections of your itinerary are finalized— including times, locations, and any relevant notes. This ensures your guests receive accurate and helpful calendar invites.
When you're ready to share, click the Publish to Guest Calendars dropdown.
Ensure Publish & sync itinerary to guest calendars is checked, then select your calendar platform: Google or Outlook.
A window will appear confirming your request. Click Publish and Sync to Calendar to continue.
You’ll then be prompted to connect your Google or Outlook account. Follow the steps to authorize BoomPop to access your calendar. This only needs to be done once per account.
Note: Depending on your company’s security settings, you may not be authorized to connect Google or Outlook to BoomPop. If you see a permissions or approval error, please contact your IT admin to have BoomPop authorized or added to your organization’s approved app list.
Once your account is authorized, calendar invites will be sent to anyone opted in to receive calendar invites. Updates you make to the itinerary will automatically sync with attendees’ calendars.

Platform Behavior: Google vs. Outlook
Google Calendar
Subscribers will see all published events in their calendar. Updates (time/location changes) sync automatically, and no extra emails are sent.
Outlook Calendar
Each subscriber will receive an email for each event when they first subscribe, and an email for every update or cancellation. This is expected behavior for Outlook and does not indicate an error.
What Happens After Publishing
Calendar invites are sent to all guests who have opted in.
Updates to the itinerary or guest list automatically sync to attendees’ calendars.
If using the Guest Website, the itinerary will also appear there.
The itinerary status will update in your dashboard to reflect that it’s been published.
