Editing Proposal Requests

Making changes to your submitted RFPs

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Sometimes you may need to update or adjust a proposal request after submitting it. Right now, our platform doesn’t allow you to edit proposals directly. We’re working on making this available soon, but in the meantime, there are a couple of ways to handle changes efficiently.

Making Minor Updates

If your requested changes are straightforward, you can reach out to Product Support and our team can make the edits on your behalf. This ensures the updates are applied correctly and keeps your process moving without creating confusion.

  • Contact Product Support with the details of the changes you’d like to make

  • Include your original RFP reference so we can locate it quickly

  • Our team will confirm once updates are complete

Handling More Involved Changes

For substantial updates or major revisions, it’s best to submit a new RFP with all the details included. This allows your request to be handled accurately from the start.

  • Submit a new RFP with the updated information

  • Notify Product Support that the original RFP can be deleted

  • Our team will remove the old inquiry and ensure the new request is processed

Why This Matters

Submitting accurate proposals ensures your request is clearly understood by the hotels or vendors, reducing back-and-forth and helping you get the responses you need faster. While editing in-platform is coming soon, these steps help keep your requests organized and actionable today.

TL;DR

  • Platform edits aren’t available yet

  • Minor updates: message Product Support to make changes

  • Major updates: submit a new RFP and let Product Support know to delete the old one

  • Accurate RFPs mean faster, clearer responses
