What kinds of events can I book with Brex points?

Currently, Brex point redemptions are available for private dining events and sporting events within the United States. Curious about other event types or full-service experiences? Reach out to our Sales team to explore what may be possible.


Can I customize how many Brex points I use?

Yes. You’ll always be able to review and confirm your final booking amounts—including the split between points and cash—before an invoice is sent.


Can I combine Brex points with another form of payment?

Yes! You can split your event payment between Brex points and cash. At this time, cash payments must be made via credit card.


Are Brex point redemptions refundable?

Brex point redemptions are not refundable once redeemed. That said, reach out to the BoomPop team if you need to cancel or reschedule—we may be able to help.


How far in advance should I book a private dining event?

We recommend reaching out at least four weeks in advance. For the best availability and pricing, six to eight weeks is ideal.


How far in advance should I book a sports suite?

Sports suite availability is extremely limited and varies by city, team, and season. We recommend booking at least two months in advance—often sooner.


Can I book events outside of the U.S. with Brex points?

Not at this time. Brex point redemptions are currently limited to events within the United States.
