  • What kinds of events can I book with Brex points?

    • Right now, Brex redemptions are limited to private dining events and sporting events in the United States. If you’re curious about other options or full-service experiences, reach out to our sales team to explore what might be possible.

  • Can I customize the amount of Brex points I use?

    • Yes. You’ll always have the ability to confirm your final booking amounts (cash vs. points) before an invoice is sent.

  • Can I combine Brex points with another form of payment?

    • Yes! You can split your event payment between Brex points and cash. Currently, cash payments must be made via credit card.

  • Are Brex point redemptions refundable?

    • No, Brex point redemptions are not refundable once redeemed. However, reach out to the BoomPop team about cancellations or rescheduling—we may be able to work something out.

  • How far in advance should I book a private dining event?

    • We recommend reaching out at least four weeks in advance. For best results, plan six to eight weeks ahead.

  • How far in advance should I book a sports suite?

    • Sports suite availability is extremely limited and varies by city, team, and season. We recommend booking at least two months ahead—sometimes much sooner. As of fall 2025, the best availability is for spring 2026 games.

  • Can I book events outside of the U.S. with Brex points?

    • Not at this time. Brex point redemptions are only available for events within the U.S.
