Not every vendor in the world is in BoomPop's database yet, and that's okay. If you're searching for a specific hotel, restaurant, activity, or service and it's not showing up, you can request it directly from the Explore tab.
Our vendor database team reviews every request and typically has new vendors added within one business day.

How to Request a Vendor
Navigate to the Explore tab and click into the search bar. If the vendor you're looking for isn't coming up, scroll down to find the Request a Vendor section.
Enter the vendor name. The field pulls results from Google, so a listing should populate automatically. Select the one that matches.
Add any additional context that would help our team, such as location, contact information, or the type of event you're planning. This helps us prioritize and add the right listing.
Submit your request by using the Send Request button. It goes directly to our vendor database team and is queued for completion within one business day.
Once the vendor has been added, you'll receive a confirmation email.
What happens next?
After you submit, our vendor database team handles the rest. You don't need to follow up. When the vendor is live in BoomPop, you'll get a confirmation email and can search for them right away.
